How can I become a contributor?

(1) What kind of articles should I write?
We look for high quality articles about interesting and fun subjects, mainly about Hong Kong and South China, as well as other parts of Asia, such as Japan, Korea and Singapore.
(2) Will I get paid?
Since we are a non-profit website, we won’t pay you in cash but if you live in HK we sometimes give gifts to our contributors. Such gifts are the promotional materials that we receive from our sponsors, such as notepads, mouse pads, pens and headsets.
(3) Do I need to know Chinese/English?
Since our focus in on HK and South China, we recommend that our contributors know both Chinese and English but it is not a must.
(4) Should I be based in HK?
No. Most of our contributors are based locally in HK but we also have contributors overseas.
(5) How can I apply to become a contributor?
Please write on the email why you would like to become a contributor and if possible, please write an article so that we can evaluate it.
